We can provide a trial or pilot project for Moropo to allow you to fully evaluate the product and ensure it meets your needs before you commit to a paid subscription. Please use this period to assess the solution before purchasing. Should you have any questions or need assistance please contact support@moropo.com, our team stands ready to help you.

Once you've decided to purchase a Moropo subscription and activated this using the billing dashboard then no refunds will be given unless they meet the rare circumstances detailed below.

Refunds in rare circumstances

Moropo may, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund if the follow criteria are met:

  1. The refund request is received within 15 days of the initial purchase; and
  2. Moropo does not function due to technical difficulties, platform issues or unforeseen circumstances;
